Work History
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my bio. Here’s a little bit about myself: I am a seasoned creative professional with a passion for innovative technology and media. Early in my career, I recognized the convergence of the internet, video, and new media, positioning myself at the forefront of this ever-changing industry. Recently, I’ve immersed myself in the dynamic field of artificial intelligence (AI), which has become my latest passion.
My recent focus on AI includes leading marketing initiatives for Zoox—an Amazon subsidiary pioneering autonomous vehicles—and contributing to the launch of Google’s GenAI product, Gemini. Beyond my professional roles, I teach a six-week "Intro to AI" night course at Cañada College, empowering students with foundational AI knowledge. I also serve as a marketing advisor to the GenAI Collective, the largest AI-focused community in the U.S. and globally.
Before transitioning to the AI high-tech space, I held a role at Apple as a cross-functional marketing manager, where I contributed to global marketing campaigns spanning multiple regions worldwide. Prior to this, I served as a lead creative producer at Stanford Health Care, overseeing the production of television broadcast commercials, online videos, web page photography, social media content, and online banner ads for the organization’s marketing department. Before my time at Stanford Health Care, I worked at Walmart eCommerce, where I managed cross-functional teams to produce engaging social media content for a global audience across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.
I gained agency experience at D&A Communications, an award-winning communications firm specializing in multimillion-dollar contracts for government agencies. At D&A Communications, I managed integrated marketing campaigns for clients such as the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD), the San Francisco Department of Environment, and Job Corps. Additionally, I helped build the organization’s internal video production department.
Before my agency experience, I was a Supervising Producer at the ABS-CBN subsidiary, Myx TV, an Asian American cable music lifestyle channel available in 15 million households nationwide. At Myx TV, I was responsible for all in-house production for television broadcasts and production for the organization’s website, managing a webmaster and sixteen influential bloggers from across the country. I also developed partnerships with hundreds of celebrities and online influencers, increasing brand awareness for the organization. Other media outlets I’ve worked with include Comcast, Paramount Studios, Here TV, and KRON TV.
